MARK PEERS PROFILE

 

St Helens lad Peers is an exciting talent.  He's extremely quick and elusive, and his ball control is exceptional when running at pace.  He's a good crosser of the ball, and very similar in style to Richie Partridge.  He's still very small and lightweight, but he has bags of promise and is certainly one to watch out for.  He's a regular in the youth cup team, and turned in a brilliant display in the 4-0 defeat of Charlton in January.  Along with club mate John Welsh, he's a key member of the England under 16 side.
