Monday Mar 24: Week off from the diary last week, so just recapping anything interesting that happened before cracking on with this week. Yeah, I got nothing. I’m feeling quite philosophical about this defeat, but that might change depending on PSG do in the rest of the competition. If they go on and win it this is not going to reflect too badly on us at all. We’re all saying right now how we were beaten by a brilliant team, but what if it turns out they aren’t? Sometimes you just have to laugh. A largely terrible performance where we could barely string three passes together and where the opposition looked like world beaters, but somehow we came away with a win after only having one shot the entire night. The reason for that is pretty simple though; the best goalkeeper in the world producing the best performance of a stellar career. Maybe the best goalkeeping performance ever?
